Refund policy

Our primary goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you aren’t satisfied, we offer a 15-day warranty!

  • Typically, we don't offer returns, but we will replace a damaged or broken product if you notify us within 15 days.
  • We only offer a replacement if a full proof is provided that it was damaged by the manufacturer or during delivery.

Damaged Products

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us with images of the product within 15 days of receiving it. If the product was damaged during processing or delivery, we will gladly send you a replacement.

Product Conditions

Your satisfaction is our top priority, but we do not accept replacement requests if the product is fully functional. Our guarantee only covers damaged products and items lost during delivery.

Transaction & Approval

Once your form is submitted, we will notify you whether you qualify for a replacement within 1-2 business days. We will then send you a replacement.
