How long does it take to get my orders?
We fill all our online orders Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. If you order is placed after 1:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday your order will be filled the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, and through the weekend will be filled the following Monday. Shipping time varies based on delivery options picked. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 days.

What shipping carriers do you use? We use both USPS and UPS and you’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Kindly contact us before purchasing if you would like to use a different shipping carrier

Do you ship overseas?
Currently we do not ship overseas.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. You may also pay by PayPal or Shop Pay.

How do I check the status of my order?
When placing your order, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Keep in mind, Sohum Living has no control over in-transit carrier delays. However, if an unusual delay occurs, we will work with the carrier on your behalf. We reserve the right to use alternate carriers.

What is your return policy?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. You can request a return label from us. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping. 

What if a product is out of stock?
Please contact us if you are interested in an out-of-stock product and we can provide more information regarding availability.

Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure that all of your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information, and it will be used only once when purchasing your product. We never store information about our customers' private details!
